Dr. Christopher Bonin

I want to not only help people live a better quality life with Chiropractic Care, I want to help people in every dimension of their lifestyle whether that is here in our office or with the help of our trusted referral partners.

I opened this practice because I wanted something more than a traditional Chiropractic office, I wanted to have a place where people feel hopeful to be able to get back to living the lives they love! I named the practice True North Chiropractic because True North is your inner sense or your calling of what you want to accomplish in life. True North is a combination of your values, your beliefs, and your purpose in life. It keeps you on a path that is true for you. There are no two people for whom True North is the same. Through an individualized plan of Chiropractic care and lifestyle recommendations, we want to partner with you and your health and to help guide you to your True North!

I am Devin Vigneault, Stretch Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer. I am originally from Reston, Virginia. I attended Grand Canyon University and graduated with a B.S. in Biology with an Emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy.  I have been facilitating stretches for over two years and have +2,000 hours of hands-on experience. I am an avid gym-goer, beach bum, and audible book listener.

I have always envisioned myself working in a health and wellness environment and helping others improve their lives. When initially introduced to assisted stretching, I was skeptical. However, I have seen its physical impact on clients, such as the freedom to move, decreased body pain, increased coordination, joint stability, and neuromuscular control, as well as the emotional and mental aspects of getting back to doing what they love.

I am Kelsey Metz, professional Dancer, Performer, Instructor of Dance and Fitness and an Arizona Native. Because of my career and passion for the Performing Arts, I have always been interested in all things Fitness and Recovery; being able to cross train with Strength Training has supported my stamina and physical ability over the past decade. My curiosity in fitness led me into Group Fitness Training where I was able to dive deeper into my personal Wellness Journey. I have now trained group strengthening for over 6 years and continue to take that knowledge into the training of my Dance Students.

My love for Wellness and Recovery has been prominent from a young age and I continue to seek information on the topic. I have completed my certification in Progressive Ballet Technique and continue to study Counter Technique in which both methods put an emphasis on anatomical efficiency and muscular control. Even though these techniques are connected to Dance and Movement, I have found the knowledge to be useful when working with people on their fitness and wellbeing and have a passion for sharing and exchanging knowledge with those around me. I enjoy helping people to better understand their own body and learn how they can continue to physically do the things they love with more support and awareness of functionality.
