Dr. Christopher Bonin

I want to not only help people live a better quality life with Chiropractic Care, I want to help people in every dimension of their lifestyle whether that is here in our office or with the help of our trusted referral partners.

I opened this practice because I wanted something more than a traditional Chiropractic office, I wanted to have a place where people feel hopeful to be able to get back to living the lives they love! I named the practice True North Chiropractic because True North is your inner sense or your calling of what you want to accomplish in life. True North is a combination of your values, your beliefs, and your purpose in life. It keeps you on a path that is true for you. There are no two people for whom True North is the same. Through an individualized plan of Chiropractic care and lifestyle recommendations, we want to partner with you and your health and to help guide you to your True North!

I am Devin Vigneault, Stretch Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer. I am originally from Reston, Virginia. I attended Grand Canyon University and graduated with a B.S. in Biology with an Emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy.  I have been facilitating stretches for over two years and have +2,000 hours of hands-on experience. I am an avid gym-goer, beach bum, and audible book listener.

I have always envisioned myself working in a health and wellness environment and helping others improve their lives. When initially introduced to assisted stretching, I was skeptical. However, I have seen its physical impact on clients, such as the freedom to move, decreased body pain, increased coordination, joint stability, and neuromuscular control, as well as the emotional and mental aspects of getting back to doing what they love.

I am Kelsey Metz, professional Dancer, Performer, Instructor of Dance and Fitness and an Arizona Native. Because of my career and passion for the Performing Arts, I have always been interested in all things Fitness and Recovery; being able to cross train with Strength Training has supported my stamina and physical ability over the past decade. My curiosity in fitness led me into Group Fitness Training where I was able to dive deeper into my personal Wellness Journey. I have now trained group strengthening for over 6 years and continue to take that knowledge into the training of my Dance Students.

My love for Wellness and Recovery has been prominent from a young age and I continue to seek information on the topic. I have completed my certification in Progressive Ballet Technique and continue to study Counter Technique in which both methods put an emphasis on anatomical efficiency and muscular control. Even though these techniques are connected to Dance and Movement, I have found the knowledge to be useful when working with people on their fitness and wellbeing and have a passion for sharing and exchanging knowledge with those around me. I enjoy helping people to better understand their own body and learn how they can continue to physically do the things they love with more support and awareness of functionality.

Gianni Del Franco, a seasoned professional in the field of strength and conditioning, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the world of fitness and wellness. Since his graduation from ASU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness in 2015, he has dedicated himself
to improving the lives of countless individuals through his deep knowledge and commitment to health.

Throughout his journey, Gianni has honed his skills and expanded his horizons by working with a diverse range of clients and athletes. His career began with an internship at EXOS in North Phoenix, where he had the privilege of working with athletes from the NFL, MLB, MiLB, as well
as triathletes, club volleyball players, and track athletes. This early experience laid the foundation for his future success.

Gianni's dedication to his craft led him to spend two years as part of the EXOS team, further enhancing his skills and gaining invaluable insights into the world of sports performance and conditioning. His passion for helping people reach their full potential eventually led him to
become an independent coach.

As an independent coach, Gianni extended his expertise to a wide spectrum of individuals. His clients ranged from the general population seeking improved fitness to high school football and baseball athletes, and participants in various sports such as dance, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, and swimming. He also embraced the challenge of working with clients recovering from physical injuries, aiding them in regaining strength and preventing future injuries.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Gianni showcased his adaptability and commitment to client well-being by partnering with a family medicine practice. Together, they utilized corrective exercise techniques, combined with DC electrical stimulation and soft tissue laser modalities, to treat acute and chronic pain effectively. This innovative approach demonstrated his commitment to continuously evolving his skill set and providing comprehensive solutions to those in need.

Gianni's relentless pursuit of helping individuals find their path to a healthy life led to the creation of Bio-Elite Training Systems. This venture was founded with a profound purpose in mind – to empower individuals to find their true purpose for living healthier, more fulfilling lives. To be
"bio-elite" means to accept the challenge of pursuing this purpose every day. Gianni's educational journey has been equally impressive. He now holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Exercise Physiology, along with several prominent certifications that attest to his expertise. These include the PN1 (Precision Nutrition Stage 1 Certification), FNS (Fitness
